International Shipping via Proxy Service

Starting Wednesday, March 18, 2026, an international shipping proxy service will be integrated into our store.

To place an order, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page within the international shopping cart interface.

Troubleshooting

If the standard domestic cart appears and you are unable to return to the international shopping cart, please try the following:

・Clear your browser's cookies and refresh the page.

・Access the site using a different web browser.

・Open the site in an Incognito (Private) window.

Taxes and Shipping Fees

・Customs Duties: Since international orders are processed through a domestic proxy, they are treated the same as domestic orders; therefore, no customs duties will generally apply at the time of purchase.

・Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 10,000 JPY. When using the international proxy service, shipping to the proxy warehouse will also be free of charge if this threshold is met.
